FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often. Don't see yours? Just ask.

What types of fabrics do you dye?

We specialize in dyeing a wide range of knitted fabrics including cotton, polyester, TC, and CVC — across single jersey, interlock, piqué, lacoste, eyelet, jacquard, and rib constructions.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We accept small-batch dyeing orders from 35 kg up to 1,500 kg per dye lot. Larger orders can be split across multiple lots. The exact MOQ depends on fabric type and color — contact us with your spec and we'll confirm.

How long does the dyeing process take?

Our standard lead time is 7 to 14 working days from lab dip approval to delivery. Complex colors, special finishes, or peak-season orders may extend up to 21 working days — we'll confirm exact timing when we quote, so you can plan your downstream production accordingly.

Do you provide color matching services?

Yes. We provide lab dip color matching based on your color swatch, Pantone code, or reference sample, to ensure the closest possible match before bulk dyeing.

How do you ensure color consistency?

Our dyeing process follows strict process control, temperature monitoring, and quality inspection to ensure consistent color results throughout each production batch.

Are your dyeing operations environmentally compliant?

Yes. Our factory operates with proper wastewater treatment systems and scheduled waste management, in compliance with Malaysian DOE (Department of Environment) regulations.

What finishing services do you provide?

Currently we provide tubular compacting (heat-setting) for cotton, polyester, and TC/CVC fabrics — with customizable handfeel tuned to your end-product. An open-width compactor is being added next, which will broaden our finishing capability further. Reach out for the most up-to-date offering.

Can you match Pantone or specific color standards?

Yes. We can match colors based on Pantone codes, physical swatches, or customer-provided fabric samples through our lab dip process.

What happens if the lab dip color does not meet our expectations?

If the color is not satisfactory, adjustments will be made and a new lab dip sample will be prepared — repeating as needed — until the color is approved before bulk production.

Can you handle urgent orders?

Depending on production schedule and machine availability, we will do our best to accommodate urgent or priority orders when possible. Reach out early so we can plan accordingly.
